Policy on Returns and Replacement

Eligibility of Items for Return or Replacement
You can return products for a replacement within 180 days or a refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies if available. Product warranties vary by category. Some items cannot be returned once opened. Opened factory-sealed retail boxed items are non-returnable. For software, you agree to the license agreement once the package is opened or its seal is broken. Licenses, digital goods, services, or physical goods like service contracts are not returnable.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and you must pay the shipping cost for any returned products. Replacements are shipped via ground unless you pay for a faster method. Shipping charges for premium shipping are non-refundable. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Physically damaged products cannot be returned. If you receive damaged merchandise, notify the shipper immediately. Factory-sealed products returned in good condition are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
For products damaged in transit, refuse the package if it shows obvious damage. If you discover damage upon opening, contact the carrier immediately for inspection, then contact ServerOrbit to file a claim. Report damaged packages to ServerOrbit within 2(two) business days; otherwise, we won't be responsible for damage claims.
For defective or dead-on-arrival (DOA) items, we will ship a replacement. If a DOA product is found to be working, a 50% RMA fee will apply. Do not attempt to return anything other than what we sent you. All shipments and serial numbers are recorded before shipment.
To return a product, you must get an RMA number from the ServerOrbit RMA department. Products returned without an RMA number are not considered returns. ServerOrbit must receive returned merchandise within 10 days; otherwise, the RMA will be void. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. For an RMA request, provide the order number, serial numbers of products, reason for return, action to take, and whether the box has been opened or is manufacturer-sealed.
